Introduction

Today there are many names for drug substances that we commonly refer to as “hallucinogens,” “psychedelics,” “psychoactives,” or “entheogens,” et al. But it hasn’t always been that way. The study of the history and etymology of the words for these fascinating substances takes us, surprisingly, right into the heart of military intelligence, and what became the CIA’s infamous MKULTRA mind control program, and reveals how the names themselves were used in marketing these substances to the public, and especially to the youth and countercultures.[1]

The official history has it that the CIA personnel involved in MKULTRA were just dupes, kind of stupid, and, by their egregious errors, the psychedelic revolution “happened” – thwarting their efforts. The claim is that these substances “got out of the CIA’s control.” Words like “blowback” and “incompetence” are often tossed around in such theories regarding the CIA and military intelligence, but without much, if any, supporting evidence.

Bill Joslin at an early age developed a fascination with mind and awareness. Subsequently he spent 16 years studying Bonpo, Nyingma Buddhist and Taoist practices. He spent a year in Asia interviewing Buddhist monks in Laos, Cambodia, Nepal; Taoist practitioners in Indonesia, and Bonpo priests in Northwest Nepal, comparing practices as taught in the west with the original monasteries and traditions from which the teachings originated. Nine years ago, Bill was asked by a number of people to counsel them with mediation practices they were having difficulty with and not finding aid from their current teachers. From a sense of responsibility Bill then went through a process of questioning every aspect of meditative knowledge he had gained over those years, essentially applying critical thinking to spiritual practices. In short order the illusion of meditation, spiritual teachers, and philosophical frameworks dissolved and a concise, non-mystical view of mind, self and world emerged with simple clarity. Meditation and spiritual guru-ship is an ancient form of control, the residue of which we live with today.

Greg is a gigging musician and music instructor who found himself at the mercy of a policy enforcer of lesser intelligence one night on the way home from a gig. A student of the Trivium, Psychology, and Natural Law, Greg took it upon himself to respectfully decline to acquiesce to the officer's demands for documentation and soon found himself being violently ripped from his property with no prior warning of intent to arrest. Greg maintained his cool and attempted to refrain from escalating the situation with a person obviously acting outside of the bounds of reason and law -- he found it vastly more important to see down the longer road ahead and use lawful reason to assert his natural rights.

After a brief stint in a county jail, Greg contacted Freeman Burt in order to obtain assistance in thwarting the nonsensical resistance charges brought against him by this agent of the state acting under the color of law. He has learned a great deal in a short amount of time, but his motivation has remained strong as he has attempted to navigate City Hall. He has smelled the rotten fruits of the fallacy of ad vericundiam first hand, and it has awakened something in him that will never sleep again.

In our continuing discussion regarding law and human rights, we’re back with Freeman Burt and Kim, and this time we’re joined by her husband, David, who’s just been released from jail.

David and Kim and their two children Maycie 17 and Zachary 13 have lived in Murrieta, California since June of 1999. David is a class of 1993 graduate of Southern College Of Optometry in Memphis, TN and has been in private practice in the Murrieta community since 2001. Kim is an RN graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing class of 1994 and recently completed Nutritional Therapy Practitioner School in June of this year. The Dortch family has loved the Murrieta community and thought it was a wonderful place to raise a family until the law enforcement presence in the city started to become out of sync with the actual level of crime. They could have never anticipated the sequence of events that started on 3/14/2013. Who could have known that an average American family that loves boating and camping and hiking would be targeted for as a result of warrantless internet spying.

1. A corporation has no standing in a court against one of the people due to the 3 following undeniable facts: 4

A. All corporations are property. 5

a. A corporation is property and therefore cannot be a Citizen within the meaning of the 6 Constitution as explained in detail within the opinions of the United States Supreme 7 Justices in the case U.S. Supreme Court-Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 19 How. 393 8 393 (1856). 9

b. People have no standing in any forum/court against property . 10

c. People cannot be coerced to stand in any court against property or be coerced to 11 prosecute property in court. 12

d. People cannot be coerced to stand in any forum/court on the same level as property. 13

e. A corporation cannot submit a testimony and cannot be questioned. 14

f. A corporation does not meet the limitations of 15 Article III Section 2 of the Constitution for the United States due to the 16 undeniable fact that a corporation is property which cannot stand in any court as a 17 Citizen of the United States within the meaning of the Constitution for the United 18 States of America. 19

g. A corporation does not meet the limitations of 20 AMENDMENT XIV Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868. 21 It is an undeniable fact that a corporation is neither born nor naturalized in the United 22 States unless being born means being created on paper by men and such meaning is 23 embraced by the courts. 24 It is an undeniable fact that corporations are not freed slaves upon which the 25 citizenship created by the 14th Amendment can be vested on unless the courts are now 26 accepting corporations as freed slaves. 27

h. It is an undeniable fact that the meaning of a Citizen within the meaning of the 28 Constitution can only be changed by Amending the Constitution and if this was done, 29 the United States of America would cease to exist.
