Written nearly ten years ago in a London apartment, Hero began life as a raw intimate electronic record, with Love or Nothing's own vocals carrying the original demo. Rather than leaving a favourite song unfinished, she decided to give it a new future, reworking it from the ground up and inviting SKV (Sean Killeen) to make it his own.
