Advanced care planning couldn't be more central to the personalisation agenda and putting patients in control of their care. Covid-19 saw groundbreaking work by the Barnet Training Hub - to bring 10 nurses into general practice and deliver advanced care planning with patients - accelerated to 200+ nurses, to help patients get the care they want at a crucial time. Dr Natalie Zhang helped deliver the drive and Shani Gubbay was one of the recruits. In this episode of The Power of Practice Nursing, they speak of their experiences as GPNs stepped up to the plate.

The world-leading ‘Everbody In’ Covid-19 response saw some 5,000 housed during Covid-19.
