Without conviction you are only a shell of a person. Without conviction you cannot move yourself or other people. Without conviction, what is moving you?

If you are not ready to be sent, you are not ready to follow the one who sends. Once you're ready to go, you're ready to grow, because everything you are will be put to the test.
