Lone Star Lowdown

The fight for the top four spots in the College Football Playoff rankings is sure to reach a whole new level this weekend. Christian, Maxx, and Devin are here to decide if the latest poll is fair or flawed and tell you what to watch for as a result.

In the final segment of this week's roundtable, Christian, Maxx, and Devin are fixin' to pick 'em! Will it be Catholics or Convicts? Sparty or Brutus? And most importantly, Sooners or Frogs?

The day of reckoning for the Big 12 has arrived. The TCU Horned Frogs and the Oklahoma Sooners are set to do battle for first place in the league and an inside track to the College Football Playoff. Will it be Baker Mayfield's high-flying Sooner offense? Or will it be Gary Patterson's suffocating TCU defense? Christian, Maxx, and Devin are here to break it down from every angle.

Did the Big 12 conference make a colossal mistake bringing back the championship game for football? Are conference championship games even worthwhile for any conference? Christian, Maxx, and Devin are here to reflect on both sides of the issue and (hopefully) come to a consensus.
