This week in our short news segment President #Biden  has pardoned all federal simple cannabis possession charges and urges state governors to pardon and expunge for the same offense on a state level. The #Texas MJ March and Freedom Festival took place in Fort Worth.  @DFW NORML  executive director Shaun McAllister speaks on Greg Abbott's response to cannabis pardons.

Priscilla operates VIVID CHICA which is a hand made jewelry and grinder company using recycled jewelry as art. Mora is also a patient in the TCUP (Texas Compassionate Use Program) and talks about the conditions that put her in the program along with how Texas is lacking compared to other states like Colorado. Lot's of laughs in this episode and we hope we can get the law moved forward to help patients like Priscilla get the treatment she deserves as a human. In a battle between the DoJ and the Florida Ag Commissioner Nikki Fried, the DoJ has likened federally illegal marijuana users to domestic violence perpetrators saying they cannot exercise proper judgement and should not have firearms rights.    Find us on social media
