In today's episode, we are speaking with the founder of Realize Harmony, Ilene Fox. Ilene Fox is a remarkable guest who co-founded Realize Harmony with her late husband, Allan Fox. Allan was a creative visionary who shared motivational messages of kindness, peace, gratitude and love through his doodles, writings, songs, and animations. His inspiration came from various philosophies, including Stoicism and Buddhism, and he planned to retire from his career in Human Resources to pursue his passion for the arts in a way that would help others by spreading mindful thoughts of peace and love.

Ilene is a passionate educator and a giving mom, sister, daughter, and friend who uses her late husband's drawings as a way to teach kids to express themselves. Realize Harmony began as a production house under Allan's creative vision and continues to push Allan's work of "doodles" which he published in 2020. When Allan suddenly passed away less than a year after their marriage, Ilene became inspired to promote his legacy by sharing his music, art, and ideas in her classroom.

Ilene's dedication to promoting Allan's legacy has become a movement expanding to other school districts and beyond. She is a testament to the power of love and the enduring impact of art and ideas on future generations. As a podcast guest, Ilene would inspire listeners with her passion for education, love, and the transformative power of art.

In today's episode, we are talking to the founder of SD Sauce, Sutta Saraphum, a Thai-American entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the culinary world. Originally from Thailand, Sutta moved to America and attended culinary school to pursue her passion for cooking. After honing her skills in some of Thailand's most renowned restaurants, she decided to start her own business selling her homemade Thai hot sauce called SD Sauce.

Sutta's sauce is a unique blend of authentic Thai flavors, made with fresh Thai peppers sourced directly from Thailand. She takes great pride in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in her products, and her attention to detail has won her many fans in the food industry.

As the first person in her family to come to America, Sutta's journey to success has not been easy. She has had to overcome many challenges along the way, including navigating a new culture and language. However, her determination and passion for cooking have helped her overcome these obstacles and build a thriving business.

During the podcast, Sutta shares her experiences growing up in Thailand and making the move to America. She also talks about the inspiration behind her hot sauce and the process of creating and marketing a successful food product. Listeners will be inspired by Sutta's entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to using traditional Thai flavors in a modern and innovative way.
