    Michelle and Chris catch up on the Maxwell Coaching athletes racing in New year ultra marathons the Spine Challenger, Beyond the Farside and Arc of Attrition. They also chat about Chris’s recent ultra the CTS Dorset and of course his beard!



    With a focus on Strength and Conditioning (S&C) and injuries in relation to long course triathlons, Ironman and Ultra running they host Jane Clarke from Pickwick Physiotherapy as their guest.
