An album that would later go on to sell 6 million copies and be certified seven times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America This album spawned hit songs like Teardrops on My Guitar, Our Song and Picture To Burn. With several of the tracks being solo written by Swift. Which outline the experiences of her adolescence, she very quickly turned the country genre upside down. Making a name for herself as a singer songwriter in a musical world where the themes were described as naive and weak .
