Long Time Dead is a show about the one thing that unites every human being: death.

Through conversations with people of different faiths, philosophers, psychologists, artists, and cultural thinkers, the show asks “What is death? What does it mean? Why do we fear it? And how does knowing that we will die shape the way we live?”

From religious traditions and cultural rituals to Plato, Freud, Lacan, Žižek, and the changing image of the Grim Reaper, each episode approaches death from a different angle (philosophical, psychological, cultural…)

The goal isn't to arrive at a single answer, but to interrogate the questions themselves.
