Russ and Adam are delighted to present Rich Newnham with his debut cap as England prepare for the fifth and final ashes test match of a summer that feels like it's gone on forever (for all the right reasons) to chat through the miracle that was Headingley 2019 and then Old Trafford. There's some county chat too as the race for the div 1 title race hots up between Adam's Essex and Russ' Somerset.
