We had the pleasure of sitting down with the living breathing calendar, Haley Hyde. Haley is a proud LONGMONSTER and the event coordinator for the Longmont Chamber of Commerce. We sat down to talk about their upcoming event Unity in the Community, a FREE summer street festival. It takes place outside of the Longmont Public Library on FRIDAY AUGUST 22nd 4-9pm. 

The event features live music, food, drinks, games, a silent disco, and SIDEDISH LIVE! We will be doing a live recording, featuring conversations with public policy officials and candidates for the upcoming elections. 

We also get into what the role of a chamber of commerce is, our opinions on some local mascots, and who makes the best tacos in Longmont.
