This episode is all about National Night Out! We had Chief Boone, PAR Officer LaDarian Brown, PAR Sgt. Chip Koepke and one of our very involved citizens, Mrs. Johnson on as guests. We talk about how National Night Out started, why we do it and Mrs. Johnson gives a fantastic personal account of why she participates and how her neighborhood goes big for the event. 

For this episode we invited two of our officers who have just completed the academy and field training on the podcast. They talk about what it's like to go from Day 1 of the academy to now being an officer in the field. If you are interested in law enforcement but not sure where to start, this is a great episode to listen to! 

We sat down with Sergeant Hiles to get a small recap of his 38 year-long career with the Longview Police Department. We hope you enjoy hearing from one of the icons of this agency. We wish Jacky a very happy retirement!

This is our intro episode where as the host and co-hosts we tell a little about ourselves so our audience knows who they are listening to. We also touch on what we plan to use this podcast for. We are excited about what's to come with this podcast and we hope our audience is too!
