We can easily get wrapped up in “fixing” - finding the things we need to work on or improve.  We form the habit of seeing the wrong. Habitually looks for the negative. 
Absolutely we need to reflect and find the things we need to work on/improve. But we can’t stay stuck there. We have to counter balance with gratitude.  Train our brain to look for the good. And when we do that, we find more good.
