It's a new year. I want to make mine as happy as possible. I bet you do too. I've had some obstacles already with achieving that goal for this year, personally. Listen in as I talk about SAD and what that is and why I think I might have it. I will also talk about setting some intentions in 2024 and a correlating word that I'd like to focus on in helping me achieve more happiness this year, in addition to a couple of other things I've looked at to help me along the way that are created by two VERY talented ladies whom you may already be familiar with. Our kids often might be the only ones who truly see us for who we are. Parenting is not easy. It comes with a lot of demands, responsibility, and sometimes struggles along the way. Are we seeing the bigger picture? Do we also remember to see our kids for who they are and to have patience for them even through challenging circumstances?
