I talk about how I am trying to move on and see what else is out there.  I talk about how I'm planning on looking at a new beautiful home, but it's slightly out of my price range.  It seems that most of the houses I want are $225K and my budget extends to $210K.  I try and focus on all the positives in my life instead of the frustration of the house hunt.
