In this episode, I talk about that very human need we all have, which is belonging. Sometimes we find our sense of safety and identity in a group of friends. We feel anchored when they include us, support us, respond.
But what happens when suddenly they don’t talk to you?
Or you feel left out, unseen, or lonely?
That feeling can shake you. It can make you question your worth, or your place in the world. I’ve been going though that too. And in this episode I explore what that sense of belonging really means and what we can do to ground ourselves again.
For me at that moment one small thing that helps is getting a massage not because it magically fixes anything, but because it brings me back into my own body. It’s a reminder that comfort and safety don’t only come from others… they can come from within.
