Author and pastor Eric Jon Phelps introduces for us the hidden history of the fall of Constitutional de jure Article III Courts here in the United States whose juridical basis remained lawfully established by the Judiciary Act of 1789. After the Civil War the illegal War Powers seized by the Executive branch would continue and every subsequent President to this day has issued Presidential Proclamations and EOs [Executive Orders], under these Emergency War powers the lawful Constitutional barrier is broken thereby the civil rights and political liberties of the people are threatened by the out-of-control government we formed for our own protection. The once pristine Article III Courts have now been subsumed by Courts sitting exclusively in Admiralty Maritime jurisdiction formed from legislative statute arising from Article I authority having lost the original Common Law jurisdiction that the Constitution was created to protect, having been replaced by a military court process which is brought in by 1948-65. The establishment of corrupted Legislative Statute Courts drawing their new administrative authority from Article I, Legislative power and thus these new Federal, District and Circuit courts all sit under Admiralty Law enacting the Emergency War Powers of the de facto Military Government having taken its own sovereign territory in the District of Columbia which is separate from American territorial influence and well beyond the lawful Constitutional structure.

It was at the time of the imposition Federal Statute Courts that the District of Columbia was established becoming the administrative seat of authority for the incoming imperial Military regime wherein the Commander in Chief has unlimited and absolute power over "conquered territories and belligerent rebels" via the Trading With The Enemy Act 1917. After 1933 the Executive Branch no longer needed Congressional approval to enact emergency laws and war, in fact Executive Orders are automatically approved and the machinery of Military Government is established by claims of wartime extremity and emergency out of which it takes for itself these extraordinary illegal authorities. A sick and lecherous old traitor like Biden stepping into all this is precisely the reason we originally framed limits and boundaries of the Executive branch, enumerated powers and now the Military Empire has grown monstrous having broken from the Constitutional constraints that were forged to protect the American people from despotism and tyranny such as we witness today.

The teacher carefully and thoroughly elucidates the gradual process of legislative manipulation and illegal amendments that paved the way for illegitimate Court districts long with this vile and dangerous beast system of political fanaticism and technocratic persecution on display by the Deep State Jacobins and global elite. The introduction of Gold Trimmed Flags or Military Colors with Gold Tassel Cords in the Court room and Federal buildings signifying the end of Constitutional civil courts and the imposition of Admiralty Jurisdiction and Military court proceedings. Syllabus Journal fourteenth Entry

In this Journal Entry we discuss a wide range of current events and give you the latest media points that are relevant as research for elucidating the underlying theme namely the continuous war of the global elite as they try to destroy popular government and democracy established by independent sovereign nations around the world. It is an era of resurgence of the moneyed powers and banking aristocracy that is integrated with the royal houses and noble blood lines of Europe. As such we must look closely at the power structures that have shaped geopolitics of the last two centuries.

The communist regime in China constantly refers to 'the century of humiliation' as a primary casus belli toward the West and so we must recall now the Order of Skull & Bones 322 and their grand creation in New Haven, CT circa 1832 by William Huntington Russell after his trip to Germany. It was after all the Russell family who had built its massive wealth in no small part by enjoining the British policy of shipping massive amounts of opium into China and fleecing away tons of silver thereby weakening and ruining Chinese culture with generational wounds that the CCP now seizes upon as war propaganda.

That Skull & Bones influence has been the embodiment of the Uni-Party system in Washington D.C. and the larger push toward global technocracy. We must recognize the malignant influence of subversives hiding behind secret societies through which by occult means they serve foreign masters and betray by word and deed their own American heritage and all her future generations. We must add that the knights of Columbus we created that following year in New Haven CT, 1833. And in due course it will become clear that these clandestine agencies were ensconced within the central blood stream of American culture set to harness religious, cultural and political spheres of influence as an outcropping of the policies set into motion during the Holy Alliance i.e. the Congress of Vienna 1815. These are Counter-Reformation forces of European nobility, aristocracy and knighthood popery that gained entrance quietly in the years before the build up toward the U.S. Civil War.

We must meander in this episode to speak about upcoming projects that will reveal the truth about the United Nations luciferian foundations and the influential teachings of Helena Blavatsky and the occult status of 'The Secret Doctrine' and 'The Externalization Of The Hierarchy' as sacred religious texts of the new world order grand cabal we can see beginning to implement their geopolitical machinations. Difficult realities that underpin the financial success for companies like Apple who bring you the iPhone from brutally repressive tactics of the CCP allowing American companies to take economic advantage of the Orwellian political surveillance state and totalitarian despotism that is crushing the Chinese people under the GloboCap state-fascist boot of the CCP.

We look at the 2nd Peking Convention that allowed the British to control Hong Kong for 99 years which ended in 1997 that marked the end of the disastrous British mandate which saw the horrors of two Opium Wars and then the installation of this blood thirsty Stalinist regime, the CCP in 1949. Now that megalomaniacal regimes' military has been allowed to butcher its people in the Tiananmen Square atrocity 1989 which was swept under the rug by Bush and Scowcroft it has become the most dangerous adversary of political liberty and human freedom. Likewise, the Clinton treachery brought the CCP into the World Trade Organization and United Nations and eventually they were allowed to become the near peer competitor that now threatens the world with its imitation U.S. Nuclear Command and Chinese style Pentagon military parody.

Also, we discuss the far-left Obama - Gretchen Whitchmer power elite who were raised up by the Georgetown University war machine and the curious history of Franz von Papen, a knight of Malta who single handedly installed the Manchurian candidate from Vienna, Adolf Hitler. As well as another knight of Malta, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, also from the noble bloodlines like von Papen and it was this Prince Bernhard who set into motion the Bilderberg meetings which represent the modern iteration of the Counter Reformation policies framed by the Congress of Vienna 1815 and the Treaty of Verona 1822. We return again to complete our discussion regarding the global bio-security regime that has emerged from the planning and war gaming of the transnational elite who had conspired to take advantage of the Covid-19 narrative in order to enact international medical emergency directives from the World Health Organization. Utilizing the construed medical emergency as a presupposition for executing Event 201 planning and global governing authority, the internationalist machinery for world government has charged into full action and the instigation of permanent emergency authority as the latest demagogic justification for the systematic collapse of national sovereignty and political liberty comes in the wings of the great currency default and economic collapse of the U.S. Central Bank, the Federal Reserve.

The Great Reset is an ideological incursion that takes clear advantage of the inherent fragility and weakness of America's present disastrous condition just as Putin did when he chose to invade Ukraine. Despite a widely disseminated ignorance on the subject, Americas national currency which is tied to Trillions of dollars in debt spending is careening into default and national bankruptcy since America's deficit is so colossal that it is no longer serviceable ...and this is no secret, unless you are an American perhaps.

We are quickly returning to a reversion to the economic paradigm equivalent to the dark ages wherein the ruling nobility and aristocratic elite were emboldened by the Vatican to punish the peasantry and serfs, indeed America's Constitution was designed to protect the individual citizens and give the people power to direct their government precisely because of the horrific persecution and religious tyranny of the dark ages. The Great Reset is the globalist agenda and represents the Neo-imperialist political iteration of our times and we need only see that Klaus Schwab was the head of the Bilderberg Meetings for a decade in order to view clearly their grand design moved forward at this critical moment as Americans face total systemic economic insolvency.

America's existence was a calamity and an insult to the doctrine of Vatican led world government as it has existed for centuries. The colonists in America declared personal freedom and political liberty as a consequence of the Protestant Reformation and from the eyes of the Congress of Vienna such self-proclaimed freedom from the servitude of the king's command could not be allowed to exist. It must be apparent that the prerogative of the nobility and sovereign royalty was aligned with the doctrine of the Counter Reformation led by the Jesuit order. Metternich's inscrutable war of principles against heretic kings and Protestant nations takes on geopolitical proportions as American constitutional liberty becomes synonymous with Baptist and Protestant freeman fighting against European monarchy for popular democracy.

The Holy Alliance in Vienna was a renewal of the power of the Jesuit order which had been newly reconstituted in 1813-14 and the Congress of Vienna as orchestrated by Metternich was reminiscent of the Counsel of Trent 1545–63 which similarly made threats and anathemas against all those heretics and liberals not submitted to the Roman papacy and all those kings and principalities established by Rome. And we must begin to recognize the history of this aristocracy and nobility which finds its prestige centered in the knights of Malta who were known previously in history as the Hospitalier Knights of Jerusalem, and they virtually authored our modern medical establishment along with the various academic requirements.

As we move into an age of unprecedented ignorance it is crucial to recognize the ultramontane ideology behind stratagem of the Bilderberg Meetings which comes to fruition in these strangely insinuated global institutions pretending to be world-government all aligned with the Vatican and the United Nations. As we look into the Wuhan Plandemic and the Vaccine Passport social credit score surveillance technology conspicuously, we find there behind the scenes the transnational state apparatus, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, DARPA, CDC, NIH and the WHO which serve the purpose of superimposing the instruments of global government. Beyond the veil of all these moving parts and the crashing subversion of our enemies within the gates looms Georgetown University and their political classes who serve the transnational elites in the sellout of American citizens and American national sovereignty to our enemies and via the continuation of the Federal Reserve policies that our bankrupting our entire nation.

We point out that the American Medical Assoc. and American Psychological Assoc. were both created by graduates of Yale University who were members of the Skull & Bones society which so famously existed as a clandestine Ivy League pathway to membership in the Order of Malta. They have been central in establishing global medical instruments like the WHO which is currently being used to steal America's national sovereignty of course at this very moment in history when America faces its final financial disaster and, in this way, we can see the warning signs indicating the seriousness of the challenges to Americas future. We also remember Lattimer and Ridley who so bravely refused to submit to the ignorance of Rome and were burned at the stake by the Inquisition at Oxford University.

This carefully crafted art of war which murdered so many French Christians was the hallmark of the newly constituted Knights of the Virgin Mary in 1542 or the Jesuit Society as they would later come to be known.

This precisely identical doctrine of exterminating heretical princes and kings was in play later in 1605, whereupon the fanatical Jesuits sought to destroy the king of England in a continuation of the horrific St. Bartholemew day slaughter that took place after the wedding of Henry of Navarre. We bring forward another crucial discussion which covers the whole scope of prescient political and religious dynamics in which we operate within here in the United States and have likewise become essential components of western civilization. The issues of racism and slavery grievance become ideological weapons of the radical Marxist provocateur who introduces toxic racial attitudes as vitriolic wedge issues into the national body politic.

The history of slavery as an immovable human institution of conquest goes back to ancient Egypt 1450 B.C. and Babylon 597 B.C. who both enslaved the Israelites. Here we must go back still further before 597 B.C. to consider the Assyrian Empire which destroyed the 10 northern tribes of Israel and took them away in bondage never to return. The likelihood of slavery coming to America is possible and even likely if America can no longer effectively defend itself against military invasion. Slavery has made a resurgence that has found no academic or political resistance in the west both in China which has imprisoned millions of Uyghurs in abject enslavement and the Janjaweed terrorists who currently run slave markets in Africa, all without a single word of protest by privileged college campus radicals who complain continuously about imaginary racism.

Islam has slavery crystallized as a weapon of war against the infidels instituted within its sacred texts in the Quran in both the Surahs and the Hadiths. Muslims must consider it their religious duty to conquer the world in the name of Islam and sell unbelievers into slavery, something that has been in effect for centuries before the American revolution and Constitution won human liberty for the world.

Roman imperialism and conquest thrived on slavery as a matter of law, making the ownership of humans as property an essential element of gaining wealth and privilege and later when the papacy ruled Christendom from the Vatican these false prophets would continue slavery as a legitimate aspect of international trade. Indeed, the whole history of European Monarches and elite aristocracy also thrived on slavery and owned slaves of every possible ethnic background.

The religious dictatorship of Rome began with the Crusade wars to take Jerusalem for a personal possession of the Roman pope and in the name of holy religion European peasants and serfs were pressed into military service. Later this campaign of religious murder and Vatican control over kings and armies would be used to persecute all those deemed to be heretical by the universal political authority and plenary powers of the papacy in the introduction of the despotism and atrocities of the Inquistions.

The issue of Americas future depends on whether the people who are called after the name of the Lord will set aside the polluted practices of Babylon and Egypt which are present in our modern churches with false ministers who allow Easter egg ceremonies and Christmas tree ritual. The whole gospel of the bible is in direct and fierce opposition to all these pagan and unclean votives which have been deviously insinuated into the lives of bible believers and followers of Christ.
