The world was triggered with a rage of emotions after learning of the brawl that took place in Montgomery, AL on Saturday August 5, 2023. For many who saw what happened this triggered the passed down PTSD that many African Americans deal with caused by centuries of racism families faced. We discuss the emotions we felt and how we choose to deal with those emotions.
