Loops and Sequences: Conversations with Joseph Byrd

Joseph talks about his first concert - a Fluxus concert! - in Yoko Ono's apartment, and how he made his living as an experimental composer in New York in the early '60s.

Our first conversation, recorded in late December, 2022. Joseph talks about his youth and college years, the importance of Barney Childs to his musical development, and the events that led him to New York in 1960.
