In this episode we're joined by the host of The Zero Hour podcast Richard "RJ" Eskow! RJ Eskow is a progressive journalist who has written and appeared in a wide range of media outlets including The Huffington Post (now HuffPost), The Young Turks, Salon, etc. RJ Eskow also worked as chief writer and editor for the 2016 Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. Today, he continues to write about politics and culture, while regularly interviewing leading change-makers on The Zero Hour.

RJ Eskow brings a wealth of knowledge about the media and political landscape over the past 30 years, and valuable insight on where things may be going in the future. Expectations are high for Obe Amaya and he didn't disappoint with his latest album First Generation. We got a chance to meet up again and this time he brought his recording and mix engineer Madd Maxx to talk to us about the work that went behind the music.
