After breaking his back in an ATV accident, Tony Stewart is making a comeback just in time for his farewell season. It's not all roses, however. Stewart faces a $35,000 fine for speaking out against a NASCAR rule change that no longer requires teams to use all five lug nuts per wheel. Yikes!
