As we move onto the next step in our inner ear Yoga guided meditation practice will begin to loosen up the bones in her body and visualize the sights and sounds of nature especially as it relates to water, air and plants that are rooted in the ground. Hear the breathing as if it’s wind through the trees, feel your fluidity as if it’s the clouds in the air or water in the ocean, ponds and lakes. See the trees and bushes grounded as you feel grounded to the energy of the earth.
