I really just laid it all on the line and I struggled to stay stable. I got really emotional and talked about why I started this podcast. I hope I did not ramble too much.

I talked a bit about being a mom and creating boundaries with my teenage sons. I also touched on creating boundaries in my own jiu jit su training schedule.

I talked about how I handle really stressful situations. Dug into my past with drugs and partying and why I don't do them anymore. I told a story about flying international on a lot of substances when I was 18 and how that shaped my views now.

Today I talked about a few stories of making new connections in the brain. I also talked about books and their influence on me. I do probably swear a bit whoops
