The lines have been drawn and the offramp to Summerslam is now in full view.. What went down at the Battleground PPV to set the stage for WWE's second biggest show of the year? More importantly, what do we think of how that stage is shaping up?

Join your host, LOP Radio guru and all around awesome gentleman, Son of Repoman, (@bearforcewon), alongside his fellow Brainbuster, host of LOP Radio's Official Monday Night Raw Post-Show, The Late Shift, Steve, (@YourAyatollah), and possible super special guests as they break down the Battleground event match by match and give their thoughts on both how it all went down and how it all serves to shape up the Summerslam card. Follow along on Twitter with the hashtag #LOPRadio and via directly Tweeting your hosts to participate LIVE in the conversation as it happens.

Battleground snuck up and looks, on paper, to be a potentially excellent show. Will it live up to that hype? Tune in at 11pm (EST) / 10pm (CST) to find out!

Hell there, wrestling fans.

Somehow, our show from July 15th has gone missing. We just noticed it today, and we would hate to have 2 nights without LOPRadio content, so I've taken the liberty of using this Saturday slot to give you a replay of what was to have aired on Tuesday.

XanMan and myself traded spots, and I became the idea man, and wanted to discuss returns to WWE. After Jericho's recent surprise appearance, we talked about Kurt Angle, Trish Stratus, and others who may or may not return to WWE in the near future. We also review ECW "Double Tables" from early 1995.

Enjoy!

Brought to you by The WrestleMania Era: The Book of Sports Entertainment (Kindle Edition), this week's episode of "The Doc Says..." gives the 5-star Preview for WWE's Battleground PPV on Sunday.  Doc ranks the matches from least interesting (1-star) to most interesting (5-star), and then proceeds to give an in-depth look at each bout.  Also, is the WWE trying to manufacture its next top star in Roman Reigns or is the former Shield member truly worthy of his forthcoming push?

Plus, a reading from The Book of Sports Entertainment (from the Macho Man chapter)...

It's not a Sunday night without Al and the crew discussing such things as turnips, sodomy lobsters, the Lords of Pain App, and HAM Sandwiches. Oh, and JTG is unemployed. Shall we have a moment of silence to commemorate such a tragedy?
