"¿La Chancla o el Fajo?" was inspired by one of our compas, Axel Garcia, who made us think about how we were disciplined as kids and how we go about disciplining our children today.  Join us for some laughs as we take a light-handed approach to an otherwise serious topic.

In Psycho Cycle, Los Compas talk about their experiences with doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.  They talk about toxic relationships, self-destructive behavior, and encourage you to work on your self-esteem and break the psycho cycle.

Choose Your Family Wisely was inspired by one of our compas, Jon Morra, who made us think about the importance of choosing your family no matter who they are or the negative backlash you may experience.
