It makes me so sad that we’re so used to being told what we can and cannot have by the diet industry that we’ve been left confused and uncertain about our food choices, constantly checking in with ourselves or others to consider what we’re ‘allowed’ to eat. We’ve totally disempowered ourselves around our food choices and live in fear of doing it wrong, in find ourselves rebelling against ourselves.
