In this episode Amy tells her account of losing her Mum from suicide and the huge impact it’s had on her life, from her relationships with her friends and family, to becoming an incredible advocate for the charity PANDAS |(Pre and PostNatal Depression Advice and Support) Foundation UK. We also discuss the difficulties we both face with accepting that our parent is no longer alive.
