When an aircraft loses an engine, there’s a certain procedure for Pilots to follow. Sometimes we can lose an engine in life as well. This can be when we lose momentum or feel burned out. The same procedure that Pilots use in case of an emergency is very similar to what we can do when life seems to get the best of us.
