In this episode I decided to take a pause from the process series and speak from the heart about loss & lost. In this episode I briefly speak of loss loved ones and loss of passion and the feeling of lost in that. I decided to do this episode because I have seen a lot of loss lately and it was put on my heart to talk about it and share how I've gotten through some tough times in my life. I hope this episode brings encouragement and comfort to someone and feel free to share your own experiences of loss and some advice you would give a friend going through the same thing.
