ShoutOut To All The Chefs There Hustling And Doing Pop Ups On A Regular Basis. Owning And Operating A Brick & Mortar Restaurant Has Many DAILY Challenges Associated With It. Take The Brick & Mortar Away And Now You Have To Figure Out Storage, Equipment, Proper Staffing, Transportation, ETC...
Not Only This But Let's Face It Most Of These Events Are In Private Homes Where Kitchens Are Not Industrial Or Prepared For The Amount Of Cookery That Will Be Taking Place. Quick Shoutout To All The Smoke Alarms Out There That Have Gone Off When I'm Trying To Get A Good Sear On A Piece Of Red Meat. Not Only Are These Chefs Traveling, Cooking, And Serving Events All Over The Bay Area. They Are Also Integrating Relationships With Farms Making Sure That 100% Of The Products Used Are Grown Locally. Such Important Work That We Take For Granted Everyday. Especially In A Restaurant Space Where Orders Can Easily Be Placed And Delivered No Questions Asked. It Takes Special Human Beings To Hustle This Hard For Their Passion, I'm Excited To Be Able To Showcase Monet Taylor And Casey McMinn.
