Lv: Jānis stāvēja tumsā skatoties uz slepenās laboratorijas durvīm.
En: Jānis stood in the dark, looking at the door of the secret laboratory.

Lv: Auksts ziemas vējš pūta viņa vaigus, bet domas bija tikai par vienu lietu - savu pazaudēto cimdu.
En: A cold winter wind blew against his cheeks, but his thoughts were focused on just one thing - his lost glove.

Lv: Vecmāmiņa bija to adījusi ziemas vakaros, un tas viņam daudz nozīmēja.
En: His grandmother had knitted it during winter evenings, and it meant a lot to him.

Lv: Viņš to bija aizmirsis laboratorijā, kārdināts no visiem tiem smieklīgajiem un aizraujošajiem izgudrojumiem.
En: He had forgotten it in the laboratory, tempted by all those funny and exciting inventions.

Lv: Iekšā laboratorijā viss izskatījās tāpat kā iepriekš - daudz dažādu krāsu lampiņas un dīvainas ierīces visos stūros.
En: Inside the laboratory, everything looked the same as before - lots of different colored lights and strange devices in every corner.

En: Jānis carefully watched his step, not entirely sure where the glove could be.

Lv: Tomēr, kādu mirkli neuzmanīgi nogurdams, viņš nejauši pieskārās noteiktai pogai uz sienas.
En: However, for a moment, as he carelessly glanced around, he accidentally touched a certain button on the wall.

En: While searching, he found a communication device.

Lv: Viņš nospiež vienu no pogām, un pēc mirkļa dzird Mare balsi.
En: He pressed one of the buttons and, after a moment, heard Mare's voice.

Lv: “Jāni, kur tu esi? Visi meklē tevi!”
En: “Jāni, where are you? Everyone is looking for you!”

Lv: Mare bija bijusi viņa draugs uz ilgu laiku, un tagad šķita, ka viņa varētu viņu izglābt.
En: Mare had been his friend for a long time, and now it seemed she might save him.

Lv: “Es esmu laboratorijā, aizslēgts iekšā!” Jānis kliedza.
En: “I am in the laboratory, locked inside!” Jānis shouted.

Lv: Bija gandrīz haoss, bet Māra ātri izsauc Rūdolfu, tehnoloģijas ekspertu, pa ceļam.
En: It was almost chaos, but Māra quickly called Rūdolfu, the technology expert, along the way.

Lv: Viņi sāka meklēt pārraudzības tabulā uz ielas, lai atrisinātu problēmu.
En: They started looking at the control panel on the street to resolve the issue.

Lv: Tikmēr, iekšā, Jānis uzmanīgi sekoja Rūdolfa norādēm, cenšoties atrast pareizo slēdzi.
En: Meanwhile, inside, Jānis carefully followed Rūdolfs' instructions, trying to find the right switch.

En: He found it just as he finally made contact with the outside, and the machines stopped.

Lv: Kad Jānis atkal iznāca ārā no laboratorijas, ar smaidu sejā un draugiem blakus, viņš pateicās viņiem par palīdzību.
En: When Jānis came out of the laboratory again, with a smile on his face and friends by his side, he thanked them for their help.

Lv: Viņa sirds bija pilna siltuma, ne tikai no cimdiņa, bet arī no draugu uzticības un atbalsta.
En: His heart was full of warmth, not only from the glove but also from the trust and support of his friends.

Lv: Un viņš sev apņēmās: turpmāk viņš būs uzmanīgāks, mazliet rūpīgāks, bet visvairāk - novērtēt tos, kas ir viņa pusē.
En: And he promised himself: from now on, he would be more careful, a little more attentive, but above all - appreciate those who stand by his side.
