It all comes down to this. 個人的には Alanis Morissette の “One Hand in My Pocket” を思い出しますね💓

Elevate Your New Year with the January Affirmation Challenge!

Embark on a transformative journey from January 1st to January 31st, 2024, and unlock the power of creating positive change through our empowering challenge.

    • 🚀 The Challenge: Practice affirmations twice a day. Once upon waking and once right before sleep.

      • Affirmation Alternatives: Explore new dimensions of self-discovery with alternatives like Visualization Meditation or craft a personalized affirmation video. Watch your aspirations come to life in a short, inspiring montage tailored just for you.

        3. 💡 Tips for Success:

          1. Set Up Reminders: Life can get busy, so set up daily reminders to ensure you never miss a moment of affirmation.
          2. Track Your Progress: Use a habit tracker or calendar to witness the evolution of your positive mindset over the month. Celebrate each step forward!
          3. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

When translating words from one language to another, sometimes you can get very close but struggle with an exact match. This is the case for the words happiness and shiawase.

In this week’s episode, Yakko & Cheechan dig into the different nuances of these words and how they would and wouldn’t apply them in both Japanese and English. They also unpack similar words such as joy, ureshii, gratitude, and more to make things even more complicated.

Be sure to tune in for an intriguing conversation on translating happiness!
