In search of Matthew's replacement, Erik interviews a wide range of candidates (Rufus, Allison & Daniel from House Decided, and Bob Buel from 99 Questions). Naturally, he tests their ability to read from books, since that's pretty much the job's only requirement. Together they read a story about several familiar faces (or... voices), and their race to stop the end of the world.
At the risk of breaking the fourth wall, Lost in Narration follows two friends (and sometimes four more!) trapped in a fictional library. With no hope of escape, they resolve to read the library's many books, which are actually just absurd comedy scripts written by Matthew.
