This will be the last episode of season 3. As we move on to season 4, we wrap up with the conclusion of what we have learned throughout this 10 episode season, the bullshit, the fuckery, and the ugly, but we now have the picture, so what do we do with it?
Let's take a brief overview of today's episode:
Alternative living and healing are making a big hit in the past few years. Oh, today is another day and another episode, people you hear? So, the ass fuckers.. I mean the US Government ( pronounced: Communist). Have made it extremely difficult to be a part of the cannabis industry with all this bull jizz state legislation. So, what are we going to do, people? Let's look at the fuckers and break it down hard, so we will discuss the following ( drum roll, please).
Regulations on Cannabis have become very difficult on so many in the industry today, with rules and regulations limiting growth and for a chance for an industry that's new. We know the stigma of weed makes you fucked up, and it's terrible for your health and so on. We have heard the story so many times, but it's our time to face the facts together and understand what our future is looking like and what we can do to stop THE COMMIS!!! So what are we going to be discussing today? So we want to have an understanding of nootropics, right? Okay, so to that, we need to know the following:
Nootropics are interesting because they are plant-based but also chemically made, so there is a Frankenstein of both so that you would think, how is that different than a pharmaceutical drug? I agree with this type of thing, which is true in many cases, but what does the research tell us? What are the facts? This is what we want to focus on, bring you the facts and the research we have now, lay down and boogie...just kidding. Being fun with my writing, so with that, let's see what the actual bull dingles are we dealing with today. Like always, be sure to check our Patreon page and our Discord link below. In this episode of Lost in the Groove, we will discuss the other medicinal plants besides Cannabis and find out whether they are dangerous. Most importantly, we think government interference is not necessary when researchers are doing the work and putting the time to give us all the facts besides CBD. Mike also offers other medicinal plants. Be sure to check out the Ark Smoke Shop link is below, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out:

Also important to bring this up. We want to hear what you have to say, and your opinions and questions are deeply important. We have a discord page so you guys can connect with us better; the link is below. So to give you guys an overview; we will be discussing the following plants:
Kratom is new in regards to research. The information we have now spanned 20 years, so we are new to this, but we do have the research to back up the claims if it works and the risks. Shilajit is a bit different from plant-derived. It comes from the plant minerals found on mountain rocks, also new, and the research continues to grow so we can understand much more clearly, and as time goes on, we will, which is important to the ever-growing stance for alternative healing. The last one we will be discussing is Kava very new in regards to research compared to the rest, so it's an unknown territory at the moment, and we want to keep an open mind. Still, we also want you guys to know that the research is continuing, and hopefully, we will understand it better. The point of this episode is to show their other avenues to medicinal healing besides cannabis, and the more you do your research, the more you learn there is much to choose from regarding alternative healing. We are happy we can help with that journey.

Hey guys, and welcome to lost in the groove today. We will be discussing the industry's research on CBD. This is a crucial part of understanding what it is and what has science seen and proven, which is vital to better understanding how this plant Cannabis (female) and Hemp (male). These compounds like CBD, among others, have properties that we have not been aware of if it hasn't been for the research that has been done to understand it better. We wanted to also delve into how CBD is made from using carbon dioxide to the older extraction methods, such as oil infusion. Facing the facts head-on and having a clear understanding of what we are dealing with. So the podcast is broken up into the following pieces:
I have attached the research we discussed in this week's episode below, taking step by step at all the facts we have at hand and the research I mentioned earlier that has increased our knowledge so much more. Like always, guys, be sure to check our Patreon page:
