Theres various reasons why a person may hide in the woods. For hunters, they’ll look for the cover of nature to keep undetected by their prey. For the casual outdoorsman, it’s a bit different…but  the solitude of the wilderness is what’s appealing…more hiding away from the rest of the world. But today, we have some extreme cases for you, I’m talking decades in the woods for different reasons some of which are pretty dark and disturbing.
