There is a problem some of the worlds most popular tourist attractions are facing and its called overtourism. Over tourism is what happens when a place becomes too popular and tourism becomes unsustainable. In this episode I talk about my experiences with overtourism, some ways to combat it and posting responsibly on social media while you travel.
Ive spent most of this week researching overtourism, Im just not fully ready to create the podcast about it yet so I ask the listeners a question. How much do social media influencers and social media in general contribute to overtourism? If you follow us on social media I love to hear what you think or email us at [email protected]
Welcome to Listener Questions Vol.1. Just remember when you're traveling not everything is gonna go according to plan and to be as flexible as possible.
