Consider Yourself Hugged- Celebrating the wise women from our lives. We consider the perspective of Karma in the yogic tradition, as an act of service and action, which poses the question of how we are being of service in our own lives. Then later in the program we take a stroll down the “Nurses Walk” here in Little Bay, when we chat with Adrienne Pearson one of the volunteers at the Nursing and Medical Museum who are putting together an exhibition about the work of the Prince Henry Hospital nurses about infectious diseases.
In this episode we talk about digestion, the sort that comes along with a little bit of rest. Amy & Abi offer a bite sized reflection on yin yoga, as one of the digestive practices that can help us process life’s experiences. We also dive into a place of delicious, on the piazza at Little Bay as we interview Giuliano Lo Po from his restaurant and coffee shop Piccola Baia.
In this week’s Lotus Bay Yoga podcast, Amy Weidlich and Abigail Poulton talk about change - because we are ALL living with big change. We interview Glen Mezie from Site Pizza about the moment he realised big change was coming. We also talk about how to process and rest in a sea of change with a couple of yoga poses that help us feel steady as we adapt to these moments.
