Heyoooo. It's been a while, and I'm enjoying creating my podcasts once again. This one features me explaining how I have learnt to find the zest of life, even in the little things. The epi is also about adapting to your current resources so you can make the most of what you have been given. Hopefully, this ep will inspire you, so you can find some succulence of your own. :)
Side Note: Looking back at my past episodes, it's so cool to see my evolution. For example, I'm sorta doing my own thing now rather than doing similar things to other beings.
Peace and love, Summer.
You will find in this episode that I'm discussing things that I have been dealing with recently that I thought others can relate to, along with a question section. The topics I discuss include: grounding/protecting yourself, trying to be somebody your not, experiencing jealousy/validation from others life's, taking things one step at a time instead of overworking yourself, missing moments that you can't experience anymore, and finally being fearful of becoming somebody that you don't like. Hope you enjoyy :)
The root cause of majority of our internal problems is because of our childhood experiences. I share my recent personal experiences dealing with my inner child, and how I heal my wounds. I share this because I feel you guys could benefit and implement my advice into your life. If you do choose to heal your inner child wounds and/or take my advice, you will be able to become even more harmonious with the universe and your highest potential. I hope this podcast raises your conscience about this topic and allows you to learn more about it. Blessed be.
We all need that time to process our growth instead of moving onto the the next lesson right away. Today, I discuss my struggle of the constant need to improve and how it is such an unnecessary expectation of yourself and others to have. I feel like it is expected upon the human race to always be learning and doing things, when--we still need growth--however we also need a balance of unwinding and sitting with your thoughts. We don't need to search for growth, because it will find us in divine timing. Have a blessed day :)
