I give you tips on how to keep going WITHOUT toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing. I touch a little on mental health and nurturing yourself through tough times. I also share about how you lose interest in what you are doing but you don't want to quit and nothing makes sense to what you are going through! I also touch on feeling like you don't know where your life is headed or feeling like you are taking a step back and you may be on the hamster wheel right now.  So if you are going through a hard time.. Today's podcast I talk about the "hustle" and the divine masculine way of society.. the constant doing doing doing and how that can easily lead to burnout. I talk about the pressure of doing things a certain way in society and how we need to honor ourselves and what we need/want. I really try to explain how to identify burnout by feeling into the body. What is your body telling you? You will know when enough is enough. Not everyone is meant to do one thing for the rest of their life and not everyone can keep doing doing doing!! I talk about how this can also harm the manifestation process.

This is my very first episode so I'm calling it the introduction of who I am and what to expect with this podcast. This was recorded months prior to uploading so there's been some changes.. I am now a reiki master and graduated from clairvoyant mastery. Oh.. and my name is Madyson Ancell. I am 24 and a libra. I have been on a spiritual journey for the last 4 years. I have always strived to be the best version of myself and so I have always been into self development. I have learned a lot of things over the years and sometimes the hard way. This podcast is all about my life. It will be under an umbrella of spirituality and self development but it also may be just me chatting and sharing what I have been going through. I just want everyone to feel comfortable and like they have a friend cheering them on.
