First, he speaks with Stanmore resident Sonia, who says her neighbour's use of leaf blowers has caused her significant distress and has affected her mental health. He also speaks with Val, who has suffered from noise issues for many years. Then, he travels to Bromley-by-Bow, to explore how the London Borough of Tower Hamlets has tackled loud traffic noise in the past. Local Labour campaigner Jenny discussed how noise affects her day to day interactions. Finally, a range of experts give their take on the health consequences of noise pollution, as well as some insight into what can be done to solve the problem.
