This week on Loud and Local I had a badass local band by the name of PINNED RED in studio to play some songs off their debut EP and chat a bit about the local music scene. Enjoy ! 

This week on Loud and Local I started things off with three throwback tracks - Seaweed, Playing Enemy and an older song by Built To Spill. From there I focused on Matt Koch's 30th birthday show at the Tractor Tavern featuring Mother Crone, Year of the Cobra, Devils Hunt Me Down, Windowpane, Woodshed and Ten Miles Wide! 

This week on Loud and Local I was stoked to have local badasses Helms Alee in studio to debut a ton of new music from their album Stillicide. Plus, I feature the Band of the Week SUBSTRATUM !

This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Tad Doyle, frontman of legendary Northwest band TAD. Sub Pop just released expanded, remastered versions of 3 TAD albums - God's Balls, 8 Way Santa and Salt Lick - and we spoke about this, his new band Brothers of the Sonic Cloth, his favorite Northwest venues and what it's like to be on teenager's walls next to Justin Bieber. 

Hey! This week on the show I featured new music from red Fang, Merso and Chastity Belt, I talked about the upcoming Himsa reunion showed and played all the bands on that gig and of course I played 2 songs from the Band of the Week ACID TEETH. Keep it local !

The Band of the Week is a rad ska band called The Georgetown Orbits, so you will hear 2 songs from them. The episode also features songs from Dust Moth, The Young Evils, Red Fang, Helms Alee and Heiress. 

This week on the show, I got pretty freakin HEAVY. I played songs by A Sense of Gravity, Hilltop Rats, VHS, The Scare, Lowest Priority, Post/Boredom, Blood Drugs and the Band of the Week BIOPLAGUE ! On the chiller side of things, I also played Klover Jane and Chastity Belt to even things out.
