James Costa is the founder and creative director of Phuse, a digital agency in Toronto that is made up of completely remote talent. Every single one of his teammates lives and works in cities ranging from the UK, to the US, Canada, and South Africa. I had the beauty of meeting James in Calgary and we won a pool bet and hijacked his Twitter handle for a day. We said some pretty awful things, but James took it like a champ and we’ve been friends ever since. James has some unique perspectives on business operations that we know you’ll love.
