It's 2019 and I thought I should check in with my favourite people. I ended 2018 on a high note because I learnt so much about myself, my God, my family, and my friends. I am excited about 2019 and decided to finally go on Instagram Live. That was an experience. Shout out to all those who joined me on Live.
I've got so much in store for my listeners this year. Stay tuned and stay you.

In this episode, I talk about the messages from my favourite book The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, that has helped me in pursuing my dreams. I am not asking you to go out there and buy this book because I'll benefit in any way. No, my goal is to share with you the messages in this book that I believe will resonate with you.
The Alchemist is not for everyone so don't go around saying Mr Ganda told me it'd fix my life and now I'm in a worse place than where I started. You are the only one who can fix your life.

In this episode, we talked about the taboo of discussing sex, pleasure, and sex education in the black community. Reba shared how her early experiences helped her pursue her dream of creating a safe space for people to learn about their bodies and the pleasures they seek. We focused on some of the obstacles members of the black community face when it comes to sex education.
So the first lesson Reba had for us was this, "stop comparing yourself to other people." Oh, she wasn't done, she then followed up with this, "what's normal is what you feel." People, I can't even begin to make up the gems that Reba dropped during this episode. She has been given the title of Resident Sex Expert for Apparently With Mr Ganda. Okay, maybe not yet, but I intend on making it official soon.

The greatest challenge in manhood is convincing other men that real men can be vulnerable. This episode talks about the dilemma young black men face. Society tells us to be one thing, friends tell us something else, and so do our families.

Full disclosure, I was a nervous wreck while recording this episode. I had just finished watching a video on YouTube telling me to just start. I have always wanted to have a podcast to help others but I never thought I would be successful in it.
At the time of this recording, I had no idea what I was doing. I wasn’t even sure who would listen to my podcast. I still got in front of my $50 mic and recorded myself, shaky voice and all.
I truly hope you enjoy this attempt of being smooth by me.
