She is currently presenting about Distance Due Diligence on the property networking circuit, and it is this, that is the focus of this podcast episode.

She talks about how she got started investing, which unusually, was abroad before investing in the UK, as well as her tools, techniques and tips when conducting Due Diligence from afar.

It is particularly interesting to hear how she seeks to de-risk property investing, both for herself and her distance investing clients.
