We sit down with one of the most prolific custom builders in the scene today, Kacey Elkins. With 47 bikes under his belt and other peoples projects we felt luck he was able to carve out some time for us. He even provided the bourbon.
This one is one of my favorite episodes so far. It took a while to mix this one down because of all the downtown traffic noise and Uncle Sug hogging the mic....but you don't come here for audio quality anyhow...you are here for fantastic interviews with fascinating moto people. Here are two of the best. Lewis and Cricket are two of the mainstays of LVM. They are simply the nicest, kindest people we have met and interviewed to date. We talk pre WWI Cadillacs, mid century scooters and motorcycles, Nearcar, Art Cars, historic buildings, bicycles, blacksmithing and a whole lot more.
This is a good one folks!...The audio was a little spiked because we are adapting to our new equipment so please excuse the growing pains. We sat down with Brian and Erin and their family at Busted Knuckle Garage to talk about how motorcycles have become a central point of family life for them and their 5 kids. We discuss their out reach program for women called WoMo, their collection at Busted Knuckle Garage, AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, Garage Brewed and so much more. You will learn about the Mud Brothers and how many of the traditions at AMAVMD got started. Again, thanks for your patients with our audio issues on this podcast, know we are working hard to figure this out and if you would like to volunteer to help us knuckleheads out in editing, we would be most grateful.
Pea Paw and Uncle Sug
Its been a bit since we published an episode but this one is well worth the wait....Pepaw and Uncle Sug sit down with the Louisville Litas, an all female riding group that is making waves in the River City. They met at Two Stroke Tuesday at the Barrett Bar for a chat and chaos ensued. Enjoy!
In this episode we find ourselves at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days. We interview Liza Miller, Haley Bell, Moin Kahn, Mitch Bohem and Kevin Schwartz.
OH THE HUMANITY!!!! If you are queasy at all PLEASE SKIP this episode. We will be talking about chopping the tops off of perfectly good cars. It is not for the faint of heart. We visit Momentum Motorsports community garage as they host The Chop Top Challenge. We even get to rock out to Day Late...
Welcome to Season 2 Episode 1. We talk all things track racing with Kelly and Nick Nuss
We have been testing out some new software so this episode is a little late but well worth a listen. We talk with Bill and Bob about the foundation of the show. We eyeball Matt Clark's Norton, talk about up and comer Parker Zamarelli first place BMW and to the owners of two Nearcars that have 3 Cannonballs between them.
Pepaw and Uncle Sug talk with Ben and Zack about the Red River Gorge Scramble.
On the episode Pepaw and Uncle Sug dive into the legendary Curt Edward's Garage and collections. His wife Deb discusses her passions as well and her obsession with opossums.
