I know I have prepared for birth, the hospital and the newborn phase four times now, but sometimes it is hard to remember everything I've learned! It was a good exercise to think back about all the things I've learned in the past to help me with this preparation for our fourth and final family member. We are beyond excited to have him come and also excited not to be pregnant anymore! It can take a lot to prepare and at the same time you can keep it very simple. Hopefully these tips help in your own journey!

I first met Jessie while serving a religious mission in Portugal and we have been friends ever since. She has such a unique background and has so much to add to this world. Every Mother has such a unique experience and at the same time experiences many similar things as other women. My story includes joy, ache, postpartum depression, medication and finding purpose.
