Love And Evolve

Sharing a bit of my story of how I worked through to regained my voice, confidence, healthy self-image of my body after a traumatic experience.  At the age of 13, I was sexually assaulted. I lost my voice and had distorted thoughts of my body and worthiness. With guidance of my mother, I learned and practice to ways to regain my voice. I learned that my feelings are just as important as others. Day by day, I practice self-love to boost my self esteem.
