How wonderful to be able to acknowledge the Ascended Masters, this week we had the honor of Alice Ann Melchizedek who channels Hilarion & Serapis Bey in Crystal Vision bringing forth so much white light and encompassing the center in the pink, white, & gold light of the ascended masters.

Sometimes in the rat race of life we allow ourselves to become disconnted from that inner thread that connects one another. Today we are going to foucs on how to move from our brains and into our hearts.
