When I was in Ibiza this summer, I had the good fortune to cross paths with Mike Parry, the founder of 'Lucky Life Ibiza'. Mike is living a lucky life in Ibiza and is working with some of the greats in the music industry such as Carl Cox whom he has exclusively interviewed since 2010 and been there be there to record and share key moments of Carl's lucky life. Mike has also worked with Solomun, Fatboy Slim, DJ Sneak, Above and Beyond and worked on projects with clubs such as Space, Pacha, Cafe del Mar, and with festivals such as Australias Electric Gardens Festival.

I must admit that I often feel like I have a lucky life too, so I thought that it would be interesting to discover what his business was about? Why he set it up? How it helps people? What challenges did he face with making it into a successful business? What is it about the Ibiza way of life that he loves so much?  And how all of this relates to this month's theme of 'Patience and Wisdom'?

It turned out to be a really fruitful interview, great insights and was a lot of fun!

In honour of this great day and this great leap forward in the possibilities for our ezine, I have posted my first interview with  Eugene Carmichael

The interview was about his book 'Death is Not the End'.

It was an in-depth, fun and light-hearted interview about spiritual experiences and the great work he did in Bermuda for a hospital which desperately needed his help so that the local community could be better served. This interview deeply touched my Soul. A few month's after the interview he suddenly and unexpectedly died.

Looking back it all seems like there was something deeper going on. But certainly, a very special interview and it's lovely to hear Eugene's voice again.
